Pottsies Fab is a locally owned machine and fabrication shop located in Charlestown, Indiana, serving customers throughout Southern Indiana and the Louisville area.
We specialize in CNC and manual machining, precision welding, CNC plasma cutting, and custom metal fabrication. Our shop is equipped to handle everything from a simple repair or one-off part to prototypes, custom assemblies, and short-run production.
More Than Just a Fabrication Shop
A lot of the projects that come through our door don’t fit neatly into one category. A job may start with an idea or a broken part, require some design work, move to the CNC mill or plasma table, and finish with welding and final assembly.
That’s where Pottsies Fab shines.
Having multiple capabilities under one roof allows us to approach a project as a complete problem rather than just one operation. Whether you have a drawing ready to manufacture, an existing part that needs reproduced or modified, or simply an idea of what you need, we’re happy to help determine the best way to make it happen.
Our Capabilities
Our shop offers CNC milling, manual machining, TIG and MIG welding, CNC plasma cutting, custom fabrication, prototyping, repair and modification work, and short-run production.
We work with individuals, automotive and racing customers, repair shops, contractors, and other businesses. We also provide overflow manufacturing and production support for companies that need additional capacity or have smaller jobs that may not fit efficiently into their normal production schedule.
Small Shop. Personal Service.
Being a small shop is one of our advantages. You aren’t sending a drawing into a system and hoping it reaches the right person. You’ll work directly with the person who is actually figuring out how your project will be built.
That allows us to take on unusual projects, one-off parts, prototypes, repairs, and smaller production quantities that larger shops aren’t always interested in.
Our approach is straightforward: understand what you need, find the right way to build it, and deliver work we’re proud to put the Pottsies Fab name on.
